AntPad คืออะไร
AntPad คือแผ่นรองภาชนะกันมดหนึ่งเดียวที่ปราศจากยาฆ่าแมลงและไม่ต้องเติมน้ำ

What is the AntPad?
The AntPad is an ant deterrent coaster that is pesticide-free and does not require water.

What are the current models?

ใช้รองภาชนะเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้มดขึ้น เช่น จาน ชาม น้ำเชื่อม ถุงขนม แก้วน้ำ ถังขยะ ฯลฯ เพียงวาง AntPad บนโต๊ะหรือพื้นแล้ววางภาชนะลงบน AntPad ลูกค้าหลายท่านใช้ AntPad รองแจกันดอกไม้และคอมพิวเตอร์โน๊ต รวมไปถึงชามข้าวน้องหมาแมว

ส่วน AntRing ใช้รองขาโต๊ะ ขาตู้ได้โดยไม่กระทบกับความสูงของโต๊ะ รับน้ำหนักได้สูง แต่จำกัดขนาดของขาที่ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางไม่เกิน 6 ซ.ม. 

Pebbly เป็นสินค้าพิเศษที่ใช้ได้ทั้งบนโต๊ะและบนพื้น บนโต๊ะ เพียงมีถาดขนาดใหญ่สักใบ เพียงวาง Pebbly ใต้มุมถาด 4  มุม ก็จะช่วยใม่ให้มดขึ้นถาดได้ทันที หรือ ใช้วางภาชนะเล็กๆ เช่น วดนมลูก ขวดน้ำเชื่อม นมข้น หรือแม้แต่กระถางต้นไม้ นอกจากนี้ Pebbly สามารถใช้รองขาโต๊ะ ขาตู้ ขาเตียง หรือกรงสัตว์ได้อีกด้วย

How to use
For the AntPad, AntPad Ceramic, AntPad Wood
Put the AntPad uncer a container -- a plate, bowl, food boxes, trash bins, etc -- to keep ants off. Many of our customers apply the concept to keep their laptop computers, vases, and pet bowls ant-free.

The AntRing is meant to be used uncer the leg of a table. It barely affects the height of the table, and is suitable for table legs less than 6 cm in diameter. Each AntRing and withstand 100kg of weight.

The Pebbly is a unique product that can be used on top of a table and under a table leg. On the table, just place the Pebbly under the four corners of a tray to make it ant-proof. Similarly, put the Pebbly under all four table legs. to keep ants away. Other objects to use the Pebbly with: honey jars, condensed milk, vases, pet cages, food cabinets.

How does the AntPad and its sister products keep ants at bay?
It uses the same principle as a water moat (filling a bowl with water and putting your food at the center). We use our proprietary ant-deterrent surface instead of water. The formula has been proven for the past 6 years to be effective in keeping ants away.

How long does it last?
Our formula is effective for about 2 years.

Is it refillable?
Every model is refillable. (The AntPad is glue shut and may require extra effort to open).

What is the ant-deterrent surface made of?
Our ant-deterrent formula is made entirely from cosmetics raw materials. These ingredients can be found in your typical moisturizer.

เป็นอันตรายหรือไม่
AntPad ถือว่าเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ปลอดภัย พื้นผิวกันมดสูตรเครื่องสำอาง ทำจากส่วนผสมที่เป็น cosmetic grade แม้จะสัมผัสถูกตัวก็ไม่มีอันตรายต่อคนหรือสัตว์เลี้ยงในบ้าน รวมทั้งต่อมดเองด้วย อีกทั้งพื้นผิวกันมดจะเก็บอยู่ส่วนลึกของแผ่นกันมดทำให้สัผผัสถึงได้ยาก

Is the formula harmful?
The AntPad is considered to be as safe as most make-up and cosmetics. Our cosmetic-grade material is harmless to the touch, and doesn't actually harm the ants. The formula is hidden deep withing the AntPad to prevent unintended contact.

ทำไมจึงไม่มีเครื่องหมาย อย.
แผ่นรองกันมดและที่รองขาโต๊ะกันมด ไม่เข้าข่ายสินค้าที่ต้องได้รับการอนุญาตจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา เหตุเพราะ ไม่ได้เป็นยา เครื่องสำอาง อาหารเสริม หรือเครื่องมือแพทย์  อีกทั้งยังไม่ได้ใช้วัตถุอันตรายตามประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม 

มีเรื่องตลกครั้งที่เราเคยเข้าไปติดต่อสำนักงานอาหารและยา เพื่อสอบถามการขอสัญลักษณ์ อย. เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ได้สอบถามหน้าที่ของสินค้า และตรวจสอบสูตรกันมดของเราแล้ว ท่านก็ถามว่า "มีส่วนผสมเท่านี้หรอคะ" ทีมงานตอบว่าใช่ ท่านบอกว่า "ไม่ต้องขออย.ค่ะ" นั่นคือ สารที่เราใช้ เห็นก็รู้ว่าปลอดภัย

Doesn't the AntPad need FDA approval?
Dreamleaf's ant-deterrent products do not require FDA approval because they are not consumed or used directly on the body, and are NOT considered to be a medicine, cosmetic, nutritional supplement, medical device, or a dangerous good, based on Thai FDA categorization.

We once visited the FDA office and to inquire about FDA approval. When provided with what the AntPad is and what it's ant-deterrent formula is made of, the FDA officer asked "Is this everything in the formula?". We said "Yes". "In that case, you don't need FDA approval.", she said.

ใช้รองขาโต๊ะได้หรือไม่

สำหรับขาโต๊ะแนะนำรุ่น AntRing ที่เหมาะสำหรับขาโต๊ะขนาด 6 ซ,ม.
ส่วนรุ่น Pebbly ไม่จำกัดขนาดขาโต๊ะ แต่จะทำให้โต๊ะหรือตู้สูงขึ้น 4 ซ.ม.

Can the AntPad be put under the legs of a table?
For tables and cabinets, we recommend using the AntRing or Pebbly. AntRings are suitable for table legs 6 cm. in diameter of less. The Pebbly is suitable for larger table legs, but will increase the height of the table by 4 cm.

ใช้กับมดได้ทุกชนิดหรือไม่

ทุกรุ่นจะใช้ได้ผลดีที่สุดกับมดที่มีขนาดลำตัวยาวไม่เกิน 5 มิลลิเมตร 

Are the products effective against every type of ants?
Every model is most effective against ants less than 5 mm in length that are typivally found in the home.

Can the products be used to deter other pests such as cockroaches, mice, geckos, etc.?
Our products are primarily effective against ants.

ทนความร้อนได้หรือไม่

Are the products heat resistant?
Every Antpad model can stand a moderate amount of heat. All of them can accommodate bowls and plate with hot food. However, they are not high-heat resistant, and should not be used to replace a trivet.

สามารถรีไซเคิลด้หรือไม่ ทำจากพลาสติกรีไซเคิลหรือไม่

Is the plastic recyclable. Is it made from recycled plastic?
The AntPad and AntRing are made from ABS plastic and is 100% recyclable.
The black core of the AntPad Wood and Pebbly are molded from recycled plastic.

การดูแลรักษาทำอย่างไร
ใช้ผ้าชุบน้ำทำความสะอาดภายนอกแผ่น หากมีฝุ่นหรือวัสดุอื่นติดอยู่ในร่องให้เขี่ยออก อย่าจุ่มหรือแช่น้ำ

Maintenance suggestions
If the product begins to accumulate dust and dirt, wipe it down with a moise cloth. Remove any debris found inside the AntPad using a stick or a dryer. Do not rinse or wash in water.

ในการใช้งานต้องระมัดระวังอะไรบ้าง

ควรวาง AntPad ห่างจากวัตถุอื่นประมาณ 2 ซม. ห้ามล้างน้ำและหลีกเลี่ยงการโดนฝุ่นจัดๆ

Proper usage
The AntPad should not be touching anything (make sure there is at least 2 cm gap from nearby objects). Do not wash in water and avoid excessive dust.

หากพบว่ามีมดขึ้นบน AntPad ควรทำอย่างไร

เบื้องต้นควรตรวจสอบดูก่อนว่า มีวัตถุติดในร่องของแผ่นหรือไม่ หากมีให้เขี่ยออก จากนั้นให้เช็ดทำความสะอาดภายนอกด้วยผ้าหมาดๆ เพื่อลบกลิ่นของมด แล้วทดลองใช้งานซ้ำ หากพบปัญหามดเดินขึ้นมาบนแผ่นได้อีก กรุณาติดต่อเราเพื่อให้เราได้ช่วยเหลือท่านต่อไป

What should I do if I find ants on the AntPad
1. Visually check inside the opening to see if any large debris is present. Such debris could be a shortcut for the ants.
2. Remove any such debris
3. Wipe the outer surface using moist cloth
4. Re-use the AntPad. Make sure the keep it from touching any nearby objects.
